YOUR TASKS

• First point of contact for our customers with questions and problems when using our products
• User and application support in blockchain topics
• Receipt and processing of technical faults
• Support in the development of new processes and products
• Various administrative activities (creation of instructions, evaluations, maintenance of customer data, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an open and motivated person with a passion to offer our customers the best possible support
• You are fluent in German, French and English. Italian an advantage
• You are characterized by a high level of comprehension, customer orientation and the ability to work in a team
• You are motivated, friendly, reliable and responsible
• You are interested in the world of cryptocurrencies
