People & Culture Manager Full Time (Hybrid)

Tangany, headquartered in Munich, is a highly innovative technology company with a market-leading B2B solution for the custody of digital assets on the blockchain (e.g., cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, NFTs). Our solution is already used by more than 50 institutional clients. As a licensed financial institution, Tangany GmbH is regulated by BaFin.

Our customers integrate blockchain technology easily and securely into their systems using our modern APIs. This white-label solution saves on high development costs and time, enabling rapid market access and ease of use for end users. If required, regulatory requirements can be met for relevant assets through Tangany’s crypto custody license.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 32 hours/week).

Tasks

• Independent management and continuous development of the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment through onboarding, development and performance management to offboarding.
• Sparring partner and competent contact person for employees and managers in all personnel-related and labor law matters
• Independent management of the entire recruiting process – from needs analysis and consulting for specialist departments, through active sourcing and interviewing, to contract negotiations and successful onboarding of new employees.
• Close collaboration with managers on personnel decisions and consulting on topics such as performance, development and employee retention.
• Conceptualization, management and continuous development of our performance management processes as well as support for feedback and development discussions.
• Creation, review and management of all personnel-related documents (e.g. employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and attestations) in compliance with labor law regulations.
• Responsibility for maintaining and further developing our HR processes, employee master data and HR systems with a focus on efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Preparation of the monthly payroll in close cooperation with our external tax office.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law, legal and internal requirements, as well as continuous optimization of HR guidelines and processes.
• Independent management and participation in strategic People & Culture projects, particularly in the areas of employer branding, employee experience, talent management and organizational development.
• Responsibility for professional and smooth office operations as well as further development of our workplace and office processes.
• Control and management of external service providers as well as responsibility for administrative and organizational office matters.
• Planning and implementation of team events, workshops, onboarding measures and internal company events
• Responsibility for access and authorization management as well as coordination of all relevant security and access processes.
• Coordination and assurance of occupational safety, including compliance with legal requirements, documentation and training records.

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources, business administration or economic psychology, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a dynamic tech, SaaS, or start-up environment
• Sound knowledge of German labor law and extensive experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Experience in independently managing complex recruiting processes and in working collaboratively with managers.
• Experience in the further development of HR processes, structures and people initiatives
• Strong consulting skills and a confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels
• High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a structured and solution-oriented work style.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong service orientation, hands-on mentality and enjoyment in actively shaping a growing company
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Confident handling of modern HR systems as well as digital collaboration and recruiting tools.
