Innovation Project Manager Full Time

Your Commitment will include

• Lead the end-to-end project delivery of numerous community-focused Web3 initiatives.
• Initiate, scope, plan, execute, monitor, and track progresses, and communicate effectively to the stakeholders.
• Define the initiatives’ shared KPIs, objectives, and obvious business value.
• Develop and maintain educational and internal communication content.
• As a community and communication relay, you will contribute to innovation initiatives and themes like blockchain, NFT, metaverse, sustainability
• You will contribute research, analytics, learnings, and insights to internal teams that are important to communities, innovations, our employees, potential clients, and the broader business.

Achieving the difference requires:

• 5 to 10 years of experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering end-to-end community and communication projects
• A passion for developing solutions to address new business challenges and opportunities
• Excellent comprehension and awareness of the strategic significance and effect of the Web3 community, particularly at the nexus of people, business, and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed to bring about alignment among many stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Experience in communications, public relations, social media, digital marketing, and community building are upsides.
• Committed, proactive and curious, reliable, open, and creative personality with a strong interest in advisory topics
• Fluency in English. Any other language such as French are an advantage
