Crypto Associate (Internship) Internship

LCX is on a mission to redefine finance as we know it, becoming a new category leader innovating capital markets powered by blockchain technology. LCX is a global financial technology company based in Liechtenstein that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools.

We are seeking talented interns who are passionate about blockchain and digital assets, to join our team in Switzerland or Liechtenstein for a minimum of 6-12 full-time months.

Responsibilities:

• As an intern at LCX, you will work on challenging projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations to help drive our company’s growth. You’ll also have the opportunity to present your results to senior management and to implement recommendations in collaboration with the LCX team.
• Driving the product strategy and identifying unique selling points to ensure the success of the product.
• Collaborating with legal, financial, engineering, and technical teams to create a high-quality product.
• Steering the strategic planning process to achieve business objectives, by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives, and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of services.
• Communicating the company’s product strategy to all stakeholders, including investors, management, staff, partners, and customers.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects related to LCX priorities and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• You have an university degree from a top-tier university. Master’s degree and exceptional academics is a plus.
• Perfect in English. German or any other additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize appropriately and effectively. Work experience in consulting firms is a plus.
• You make things happen and only the implementation satisfies you.
• Strong analytical skills.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are eager to learn about company building and blockchain technology.

• Swiss or European Union passport holder, already living in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
