Product Manager – Diamonds, web3 & Blockchain Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in the diamond industry, sales, and business development to join our fast-growing diamond marketplace and technology startup. The ideal candidate should have a perfect command of written and spoken English and a passion for blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrencies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee diamond and blockchain projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the diamond industry.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Identify potential risks and issues and develop appropriate solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and adjust plans as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to diamonds, web3, and blockchain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or computer science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the diamond, gem stones or jewelry industry, preferably with experience in business development.
• Strong knowledge and passion for blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the diamond industry and supply chain.
• Humble, honest, and trustworthy.
• Hardworking, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Swiss or European Union passport holder, already living in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
