Purpose of the position:

True representative of the product for which you will be in charge, you will be the conductor of your team (1 fullstack dev, 1 marketing manager, 1 designer, 1 PM) in the continuous improvement of your product. Around 4-week cycles (versions) and under the supervision of the Product Director, you are at the forefront of innovation and market trends.

You know how to arbitrate between functionalities thanks to precise monitoring and frequently report to your manager on the direction that your product must take to be the most suitable pssoble for your users.

You have the necessary bases to understand the verticals on which iExec operates through the blockchain, namely: decentralized oracles, confidential computing, off-chain computing as well as the universe of datasets.

You know how to interact with the technical team, the UI / UX designer as well as the marketing teams, you know how to clearly express the technical needs that you would like to see implemented according to the functionalities that you plan to develop. With great diplomacy and the ability to convey your ideas, you will develop your product to make it an industry benchmark.

Your missions:

Supervision of Product Development Epics:

• Continuously enhance the product with innovative features thanks to the feedback collected (user interviews, data, competitive intelligence, etc.)
• Support the drafting of Epics and pre-project phases according to a roadmap previously defined with the Product Director.
• Permanent reporter to the Product Director, reporting on Epics progress.
• Coordinate with own product team the launch of new features (4 week cycle)
• Carry out the necessary product tests to confirm its performance (KPI) and its response to customer needs.
• Write performance reports for each version of the product
• Feed product versions at team level with functionality and report back to the core team for more technical features.

Product definition and design

• Define product positioning in line with technological and economic challenges, and taking into account the company’s development strategy.
• Carry out or coordinate a market / adoption study that will validate the estimated performance of the product to be launched.

Required profile :

Holder of a Master 2 or equivalent, you justify a professional experience of 5 years, with at least 2 years as Product Manager or similar position.

Travel abroad is to be expected (approximately 10% of the time).

Skills / qualities required:

In direct contact both internally and with our customers, you are a force of conviction, you have an excellent sense of interpersonal skills and an irreproachable expression. In English as in French, you know how to understand the client’s requirements and frame the technical and commercial specifications for the projects and products offered.

Building on your previous success in defining and launching products, you master the main principles of project management and have solid technical experience, particularly in application and product testing. in order to communicate effectively with the technical team from the design phases.

Your analytical skills and your good knowledge of the various elements of the marketing mix will enable you to clarify the concepts through in-depth market studies.

Your good general knowledge of the business sector of the company (tech and deeptech) will allow you to constantly identify the advances of the competition and the needs of the market in terms of new products or uses
