Purpose of the position

As Head of Product, you are responsible for the product team in charge of the life of the products, from their functional designs to their marketing.

You manage a portfolio of projects that aim to bring new products to market by increasing transactions on the market place.

To do this, you manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure the proper integration of your teams with the other functions in the company.

Tasks 

A true conductor of product strategy, you understand the markets and identify application needs in order to develop products.

You are able to imagine a decentralized application architecture, which basic technological bricks are relevant for the greatest number of developers and you know how to optimize this to maximize the Product team’s productivity.

Guarantor of the management of a portfolio of projects, you ensure compliance with the launch processes of the targeted products in a fast and agile manner, without delays and in line with the specification and the targeted quality.

As a member of the Comex, you participate in forecast budgets and take any outsourcing decisions, study and report financial information on product development to the administrative and financial departments.

Achieving your goals is a real team effort. You must therefore be able to supervise, coach and federate your Product teams (PM, Dev, UX/UI, Growth Hacker) while ensuring communication with other members of the iExec teams on various subjects such as:

• Market analysis and technological and economic watch
• Product definition, design and development (coding and design)
• Interface with the technical team and research and development projects
• Management and support for commercial launch

Required profile :

Holder of a Master 2 or equivalent, you justify a professional experience of 5 to 10 years, with at least 2 years as a Product Manager in the field of IT.

With your past professional experience, you have several successful product launches to your credit.

Travel abroad is to be expected (about 10% of the time).

Skills / Qualifications Required:

In direct contact with the client, you have excellent interpersonal skills and an irreproachable expression. In both English and French, you know how to understand customer requirements and frame the technical and commercial specifications for the projects and products offered.

Your analytical skills will be an asset in this position in order to relay concepts through in-depth market research.

Endowed with a strong team spirit, you will join a dynamic team where mutual aid and cohesion will allow you to move forward together towards a common goal. You know how to manage several teams at the same time, and manage several projects at the same time.

Experience in Blockchain and Cloud would be a plus in order to constantly identify competitive advances and market needs in terms of new products or uses.
