Head of Technology Full Time (Remote)

For our client, a renowned blockchain protocol/infrastructure development firm deeply rooted in the Ethereum ecosystem, we are currently looking for an experienced (blockchain) technology leader.

Main responsibilities:

• Guide the technological strategy of several cutting-edge blockchain-based protocols / products
• Partner with the company leadership to ensure that the tech. strategy aligns with the overarching company goals
• Translate the high-level strategy into a structured technical roadmap incl. defined work segments and periodic goals
• Manage & further develop all technical teams (from protocol development to DevRel)
• Offer guidance and mentorship to existing team members & ensure an effective onboarding for new joiners

Requirements:

• Proven track record of effectively leading top-tier engineering teams within the (core) blockchain space
• In-depth Ethereum knowledge – both in terms of the core blockchain technology and the broader (EVM-compatible) ecosystem
• Hands-on blockchain development experience
• Excellent technical leadership & communication skills
