UI Designer Full Time (Remote)

What you will be doing

• Responsible for Ul design of Web/APP of platform exchange;
• Understand business objectives and product operation ideas, translate them into design objectives, and judge design direction;
• Participated in the design of the whole link, combined with user research and product data, and constantly improved user experience and product usability;
• Have a certain product and interactive thinking, can participate in interactive process design, have good business understanding, and online and offline design penetration ability;
• Constantly analyze and monitor the design trend of popular products, study the aesthetic tendency of target users and optimize existing products. Participate in user research, usability evaluation, and testing, and continuously optimize the user experience.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in design. (Education: The requirement can be relaxed if the project experience is good)
• More than 2 years Ul design experience, completed project cases, participated in overseas product projects; (Work experience: mandatory; If the project experience is good, the requirement of years can be relaxed.)
• Familiar with Web, ios and Android design rules; (Working experience: mandatory)
• Be competent in English working environment; (plus)
• Dynamic design experience;(plus)
• Experience in the same industry. (plus)
