Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Full Time (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Enthusiast who will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy to support the company’s growth with a focus on lead generation and awareness. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership from day 1, shape the way people engage with our brand, and directly contribute to making crypto accessible and attractive for our clients and the broader audience.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Define and implement the marketing strategy across different channels
• Develop the content strategy assist with content creation, SEO, and manage content on our social media accounts, blog, newsletter, and website.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for the launch of new products in collaboration with our product team, develop product positioning and key messaging
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels and to generate new leads and grow awareness.
• Identify initiatives to optimize acquisition funnel, continuously optimize the company website with and run A/B tests to grow traffic and increase conversion rate.
• Manage and grow Finoa and the founders’ profiles in the press and manage relationships with journalists.
• Drive events strategy, manage events organization, participation, branding execution and attend several conferences.
• Create a strong reporting and success measurement process.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including sales and product.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or content management, and a relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about crypto, and ideally previously experience working in the crypto/fintech industry and in an international environment.
• Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience developing a content strategy based on keyword analysis and knowledge on how to evaluate content performance. Excellent written and communication skills in English, experience with SEO and content writing.
• Experience in email marketing and Social Media management with a focus on LinkedIN and Twitter.
• A good understanding of paid channels, in particular, Google and Linkedin.
• A hands-on approach and experience in working autonomously and leading key initiatives, while also being able to see the big picture
• Excellent planning and time management skills and great attention to detail.
• The ability to balance delivering on daily tasks with long-term strategic view.
