Ecosystem Manager – Research & Reports Full Time (Remote)

Zug-based CV Labs is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join its ecosystem team to head up the publication of its various annual research reports.

Tasks

• Planning and supervising the publication of both existing and new publications/research formats
• Conducting independent research on relevant topics/issues within the Web3/Blockchain Space
• Implementing new methodologies & and writing reports
• Monitoring project progress & supporting team members across the project pipeline
• Liaising with various publication stakeholders (authors, sponsors/partners, designers, etc.)
• Collaborating with the business development team to secure financing and sale of advertising space within publications
• Review and analyze information from a range of sources and synthesize information to determine their relevance

Requirements

• Degree in journalism/communications, public policy or blockchain-relevant field (finance, computer science, etc.) with 2-3 years of relevant experience (i.e. academic research, analyst, etc.)
• Strong familiarity with blockchain/Web3 space/topics
• Excellent written/oral communication; well-developed interpersonal skills including tact and patience
• In-depth knowledge of research methodologies and best practices in applying the research of others.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to interact and develop strong relationships with partners
• Cooperative team member who excels at interacting with other teams on complex projects
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented during stressful situations
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite as well as working knowledge of event/production tools such as Eventbrite, Canva, etc.
