Internship

Our 6-month internship position is an ideal way for you to gain the work experience you will need to launch your career in cyber security. It is also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the programme, you will be right at the heart of the business, taking part in day-to-day operations. You will not only learn about the business of cyber & information security within finance from top to bottom, you will also experience our unique workplace culture.

The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in the Prime Tower in Zurich.

About the team

You will be working in the Cyber and Information Security Operations team, where you will get the opportunity to gain insights into how a CISO oversees an organisation’s information, cyber, and technology security. You will also work on your own assessment skills and become part of an enthusiastic team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Are you interested in Cyber and Information Security Operations (CISO) topics? We are looking for an intern for the following:

• Assist the Security Operations team with their daily tasks involving managing security events, driving vulnerability management, and hardening and improving security defences and detection capabilities
• Focus extensive time on expanding your knowledge over the course of the internship and work on an exploratory, learning-focused project

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree in IT or another related discipline
• A keen interest in security operations, and a good understanding of cyber and information security
• Good communication skills & interpersonal skills,;comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Team player leveraging problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• A good command of Microsoft technologies – O365
• Good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
• Reliable and detailed oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
• Valid work permit to work in Switzerland
