About the role
We are looking for an Institutional Sales Manager for the Crypto Finance Institutional Sales Team, in charge of building new institutional and professional client relationships in Suisse Romande. The role will be primarily remote and candidates with a home base and network in Geneva would be preferred. The geographic priority is French-speaking Switzerland but collaboration with team members regarding the broader sales strategy will be required.
As part of the Institutional Sales Team of Crypto Finance AG, you will report to the Head of Institutional Sales and will collaborate with the Product & Partnership Managers, Account Managers, and (Sales) Trading in initiating new client relationships. You will gain experience and gain deep insights into the digital asset ecosystem.
Institutional Sales is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospect conversion, and the growth of institutional and professional client relationships. Target clients are primarily banks and asset managers interested in establishing and growing their own digital asset offerings. This role is focused specifically on identifying qualified leads for institutional client relationships to enhance Crypto Finance’s market position.
Once leads are identified, the Institutional Sales Manager collaborates internally and with prospects directly to understand and scope a business case based on client needs. The Institutional Sales Manager monitors developments in the market, and anticipates prospects’ needs to provide feedback to Account Managers and Product & Partnership Management.
