The B2B Analyst (the “B2B Analyst”) will monitor, analyse and be responsible for the efficiency of the compliance-related operations and the onboarding and subsequent services of business clients at the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on new business customers and make an analytical risk assessment and analysis of the customer.
• Perform subsequent due diligence on existing business customers.
• Perform further investigation on identified suspicious clients.
• Process amendments on customer records in various applications.
• Know and adhere to all Internal Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain continuous contact with other teams and customers in order to ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing to other teams.
• Achieve individual and team goals, based on quantitative and qualitative standards.

Requirements

• Higher education required (preferably Law, Business);
• Excellent written and verbal English communication;
• The candidate should preferably have basic knowledge of the applicable legislation in the field of financial technologies/services.
• The candidate should have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, excellent organizational and decision-making skills and capability to handle multiple tasks;
• Excellent computer skills, excel knowledge and data management is considered a plus.
• Experience in the field of fintech, business customer onboarding is considered a plus.
• Understanding of complex company structures (trusts, foundations, funds, etc) is considered a plus.
