Great opportunity to join our growing EMEA HR Team!

Reporting to the EMEA Director of HR, this role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on to keep HR and Payroll administration duties up-to-date and in check!

The HR and Payroll Administrator will work as part of a small team supporting a world-leading employee population with everything from onboarding, payroll, and benefits to organizational structure.

Responsibilities;

• Payroll (Full scope, reporting, processing) – UK, Ireland and other regions
• Ensuring personnel files and HRIS are up to date
• Benefits – manage data in spreadsheets, keep information up to date
• Onboarding / offboarding documentation – updating trackers, informing
• relevant teams
• Arrange couriers for new starters & leavers laptops / belongings
• Generic housekeeping of all files & systems
• Ad hoc admin queries
• Supporting members of HR EMEA team with any queries
• Keeping all records/reports up to date
• Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
• Preparing HR documents

Skills and experience required;

• Experience managing Payroll processes (ideally in different regions)
• Experience using an HRIS, maintaining data and reporting
• Previous experience in a multi-national organisation would be an advantage
• Passion for working as part of a small team, adjusting tasks and priorities as required
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
• Excellent communicator – generate key relationships and be able to navigate the business network to get tasks done
