What you’ll do

IPFS and related decentralized storage solutions are a very exciting part of the web3 ecosystem. You will use your knowledge of Golang to design and implement backend services to support high volume access to IPFS services. You will be using your knowledge of system design to create new APIs, daemons, and web services that enable our customers to access decentralized storage at scale. You will collaborate with a team of senior engineers to build a key component of the decentralized world.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

You bring deep experience with systems engineering. Ideally, you have architected numerous cloud based (AWS) systems using a performant language such as Golang to implement them. You have had significant experience with AWS, Linux, Docker, and RDMs such as Postgres. We work in a remote first environment, so strong communication and documentation skills as well as a proven ability to work within a remote team are highly desirable qualities. You have at least 4 years of experience with backend engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent training / work experience).
