Communications / PR Leader Full Time (Remote)

For our client, an established high-throughput blockchain protocol, we are currently looking for an experienced communications / PR professional.

Responsibilities:

• Design our client’s global communication strategy and manage its implementation
• Create and curate content in close collaboration with the company’s functional leaders
• Perform industry / competitive research and align the messaging & positioning accordingly
• Be the expert for all communications-related matters and advise our client’s different functional leaders in those
• Lead events run by the client and advise on general industry event prioritization
• Collaborate closely with an external agency
• Manage and leverage PR partnerships

Must-haves:

• At least five years of PR / Comm. / Marketing experience from a technology context
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to different (also non-technical) audiences
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the different relevant functions internally
• Highly structured and goal-oriented work attitude
• Willingness to travel occasionally / on a need basis
• Passion for / interest in blockchain technology

Nice-to-haves:

• US-based
• Previous work experience from the blockchain space
• Previous experience from working in a tech startup / scale-up context
