Marketing Manager Full Time

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at the German Headquarter in Frankfurt.

Tasks

We are looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to promote our company’s brand. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a Marketing Manager role
• Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable leading
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done

Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or similar

Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English
