We’re seeking a EU-based Web2 & Sponsorships Specialist to drive Bybit’s strategic partnerships and brand collaborations across traditional industries (Web2), sports, entertainment, and other sponsorship verticals. This role is perfect for someone who understands the intersection between crypto, mainstream culture, and community engagement.
About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that boost Bybit’s brand visibility, customer acquisition, and long-term positioning in key markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure high-impact Web2 partnerships (e.g. lifestyle brands, fintech, telcos, mobility, e-commerce, gaming, etc.) that align with Bybit’s brand values and growth goals.
- Develop and manage sponsorship strategies with sports teams, influencers, esports, and large-scale events (music, tech, business).
- Support global and regional partnership activations, ensuring alignment with local marketing objectives and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, social, branding, legal, compliance) to execute campaigns and manage partner relationships.
- Monitor performance and ROI of partnerships, delivering regular reports and optimization recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging partnership opportunities in both Web2 and Web3 spaces.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development—preferably in Web2 companies, sports marketing, lifestyle brands, or crypto.
- Strong network across Web2 industries and experience negotiating high-value deals.
- Creative thinker with a strong commercial mindset and understanding of branding and positioning.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, and the future of decentralized technology is a strong plus.
- English proficiency is required; additional European languages are a plus.
