THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

• Experience with blockchain networks and network design.
• Experience with databases for Web 2 and Web 3 systems
• Experience implementing smart contracts
• Experience with Polygon, and perhaps DAG-based DLT systems.
• Experience with payment systems and Web 3 wallets
• Team oriented
• Well organized
• Good communicator
• 5 years + in DLT and blockchain development for systems or networks.
• Was instrumental in implementing other Web 3 or Web 5 projects

What you’ll be working on

Our client is developing a transaction network/infrastructure for all real estate-related activity and are looking for an analysis to decide what architecture should be Web3 versus Web2 and what Web3 technologies are best to implement for the core network functions. The initial MVP will be for the real estate rental market connecting the renter, landlord, and other services required to make transactions.

First few deliverables

• Review the proposed overall network design and indicate where DLT /blockchain is optimally suitable for each core function versus web 2.
• Describe the use of DLT/blockchain for the core functions of the match engine, offer/acceptance engine, and transaction execution engine.
• Recommend suitable wallet and payment systems integrations.
• Recommendations for the design of network databases

The network will have a profound impact on members’ lives with lower transaction costs, faster transactions, better results/investments, and greater convenience.

Our client is actively seeking Web 3 personnel to join the project in C-level, dev-level, and advisor-level positions.
