Product Manager Full Time

Your Purpose 

As Product Manager for Payments, you will develop and manage the scope of work and backlog items (epic / features / user stories), prioritize development tasks in alignment with internal and external teams, receive and manage internal requests for improvements and product development.

Who You Are 

Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.

• Proven English fluency.
• 1-2+ years of experience in operational areas.
• Experience working with and knowledge about payment operations.
• Sufficient IT knowledge to work with developers and other team roles
• High capacity to solve and analyze problems with attention to detail.
• High level of responsibility, and ability to work autonomously and independently.
• Experience working with agile development practices
• Comfortable in a fast-paced high growth environment

What You Will Do 

• You will execute the product roadmap in alignment with the strategic objectives collaborating with the rest of the teams, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a number of shared banking related services that are core to our operation, both from an operational and customer experience perspective.
• This includes services such as reconciliation tools, and other shared infrastructure that is critical to our global and each local operation.
• Oversee the smooth operation of our services. Measure, and monitor operational SLAs for these services and their impact on our customers and business.
