• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, country managers, and operations, to enhance product adoption and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, including P&L, adoption, and customer satisfaction, adjusting strategies accordingly and identify market opportunities and drive innovation, launching new features and services tailored to customer needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in business line ownership, product management, or strategic leadership, preferably in traditional finance, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven track record of scaling stock or derivatives products with measurable financial impact and strong strategic and analytical mindset, with expertise in P&L management, market strategy, and execution.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of equity markets, derivatives trading, structured products, and retail investing trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent Bitpanda at industry events and fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
