Your mission 

As Regional Marketing Manager for Italy, you are responsible for Bitpanda’s campaigns and marketing initiatives. Furthermore, with your knowledge of the customers’ demographics and experience in targeted sales tactics, you will introduce Bitpanda to the mass public and drive overall brand awareness.

What you’ll do 

• Oversee spending/allocation of the regional budget through planning, organizing, and executing brand-building campaigns
• Develop a strategic, detailed annual and quarterly marketing plan based on data provided by our BI team
• Ownership of regional communication tools and communication strategies
• Identify user needs and shortcomings, as well as  opportunities to improve user experience and communication
• Open doors for potential Bitpanda technology solution clients

Who you are

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an online marketing role
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong understanding of the fintech industry from the region
• Keen eye for detail and ability to analyze data and reports and translate findings into the strategy
• Ownership of the P&L responsibility for the region
