Backend / Services / Infrastructure Engineer (Blockchain) Full Time (Hybrid)

For our client, a leader in the development of blockchain-based self-custody (and other groundbreaking Web3 infrastructure) solutions / protocols, we are currently looking for an experienced Backend / Services / Infrastructure engineer.

Main responsibilities:

• Optimize / debug services code & general infrastructure (setup)
• Coordinate, advise and support (hands-on) internally and externally (within the ecosystem) in service / blockchain integrations
• CI/CD, enhance deployment automation
• DevSecOps
• Setup of monitoring and alerting systems
• Service maintenance

Must-haves:

• Advanced programming skills in Python
• Experience in ensuring service uptime and reliability
• Solid expertise in managing Linux systems
• Skilled in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker)
• Familiar with monitoring and analytics solutions
• Previous touch points with Celery and Django

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous touch points with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of relational databases, in-memory stores, and message brokers
• TypeScript skills
• AWS experience
• Knowledge of incident management tools
• Knowledgeable about blockchain core concepts and the Ethereum ecosystem in particular
• Previous work experience from the (public) blockchain space
