Your tasks:

• Management of several agile teams in software development in the field of finance and blockchain
• Capacity planning and order management with the customer
• Supporting role in the sprint planning together with the product owner and the technical lead of the respective teams
• Design of project strategies and roadmaps without losing sight of business requirements and relevant stakeholders
• Creation of project reports
• In addition, the opportunity to be involved in the development and conception of new innovative projects with our customers and to help shape them

Your profile:

• Completed scientific studies, preferably  (business) computer science , (business) engineering or an  adequate IT training
• Experience in project management of IT projects
• Experience with common collaboration tools such as Jira, Git and Confluence
• Sound knowledge of software development and architecture
• Safe and confident demeanor
• High customer orientation and team leadership
• spirit of innovation
• Experience in agile development methods
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of German and English
