Lead Developer / Team Leader Software Development Web3 Full Time

We believe that the economy of the future will be digital, collaborative and decentralized. That is why we support companies in the implementation of Web3 and blockchain projects. We develop concepts, software architectures, PoCs, MVPs and operational software solutions with the latest technological approaches for research and development units of well-known companies. We are a five-year-old company based in Stuttgart and have customers such as Bosch, Boerse Stuttgart and Honda.

Tasks

Together with you we work on digital solutions, for example for V2X use cases in the Smart City of the future using Self-Sovereign-Identity (SSI) approaches in the European project Gaia-X or tokenization solutions for securities settlement on the Ethereum Mainnet.

Qualification

• Do you have at least 6 years of experience in software development?
• In addition to software development, do you feel at home in software architecture, agile project management, leadership and customer consulting?
• You have high demands on your work, are entrepreneurially motivated and would like to take the step towards CTO in the foreseeable future?
• Do you also enjoy writing code yourself, reviewing it and continuously improving the skills of your colleagues through coaching?
• For customer communication German as mother tongue and business fluent English

As a full-stack developer, you’re at home with parts of the tech stack below

• Frontend : Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript + Frameworks like Angular, Single Page Apps, Responsive Web Design)
• Backend : Java/JVM stack or Node.js; Knowledge of certain products or libraries is an advantage (e.g. Spring Boot, NestJS)
  Service architectures and data integration (REST APIs, SQL, No-SQL)
  Infrastructure : cloud and container technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes), installation and configuration automation (Ansible)
• DevOps : Continuous Integration processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Methods : Agile software development (Scrum), Test Driven Development
• Knowledge of blockchain/Web3 technologies is an advantage

We are not looking for a typical manager, but a hands-on software architect and developer who will contribute his skills to customer projects on a daily basis.
